When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise stated, we are talking both about Device Information and Contact Information. 

PURPOSES FOR PROCESSING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION 

We use the identifiable Personal Information (Contact Information) that you provide to; 

  1. Communicate with you about an enquiry made via our website (Legitimate Interest); 
  2. Fulfill contracts we might have with you – for example if you provide information through the Site which is later used to make a purchase which may include passing information to third parties to complete necessary actions related to your purchase (Contractual);

We use Google Ads to serve ads based on your prior visits to our website using “Cookies” (see “Types of Personal Information We Collect” above). Users may “opt-out” of Google’s use of cookies by visiting the Google advertising opt-out page. We may display interest-based ads to you when you are using Facebook through a tool called “Custom Audiences”. This tool allows us to personalise our ads based on your browsing history with us. We may also share your identifiable Personal Information with designated third-parties to complete necessary actions related to your purchase in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you – for example to arrange payment for and/or delivery of a purchase including “Clover” which we use to accept card payments.

Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations. 

INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS 

By offering your personal information to us, you are acknowledging that your information could be processed in locations outside of Europe. We safeguard the transfer of personal data by partnering with data processors who adhere to data protection frameworks that the EEA has recognised as providing adequate protection.  

If you engage with our website while outside the country, then our data may be transferred internationally in order to provide you with the correct services. 

BEHAVIOURAL ADVERTISING
